Rates and Information
Terms: Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Receipt of a 50% deposit sent via email will confirm your reservation. Payment of the remaining balance needs to be received in our office thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
Payment & Initial Deposit: Payment of the 50% deposit should be made by check, bank draft (cashier's) check or traveler's checks. No out-of-country checks and no credit cards. Reservations are not firm until checks clear the bank so a bank draft or cashier's checks are generally the best.
Final Balance: Payment of the remaining 50% balance needs to be received in our office thirty (30) days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation within 45 days prior to your arrival, your money paid on account will be refunded less 10%. If your cancellation is 45 days or less, no refund will be given.
Occupancy: Our rates are based on 4 people in the main house and 2 in the cottage; however, additional guests (over 3 years of age) are $30 per person per night per extra persons. Minimum stay for the house is 5 days and 3 for and cottage.
Check-in/out: Check-in time is 3pm. Checkout time is 11am. Early check-in or late checkout may be possible. Please ask us ahead of time. |
