With an impressive custom-built Koa wood billiard table, board games, a wet bar with fridge, a comfy leather couch, a large screen television equipped with comprehensive cable (All HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Sundance, Sci Fi Channel, Etc.) a DVD Player and surround sound, everyone enjoys this room.

Large sliding glass doors look out on to the pool and gardens and open to the free weight area.  Just off the game and entertainment room is the laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
